Yogi Tea Recipe - Get Cozy & Healthy

15 cloves

20 black pepper

3 cinnamon sticks

20 cardamon pods

8 ginger slices

Boil and cook few minutes


+ black tes bags 1 bag or 0.5 tbsp.

Simmer for 30min min.


Serving:

+milk and honey to taste!
