Closing the practice. ~ There is always a moment when the shift in brain happens close to the end of the practice. When you switch from heating vinyasas to forward folds & supine slow movements. Feeling of gratitude for your body grows, and brain is starting to let go. Breathing slows down and your awareness turns inwards. Close your eyes, relax any tension left in muscles & let the gravity takes you deeper into pose. 🍃 Namaste ~
